Perth Real Estate Video
Basic Video – $350.00
Provide potential buyers with an insight in the home with background music with all required titles and agent graphic overlays and branding included. Ideal for small homes/apartments and social media marketing.
Please note, medium-large homes, 60 seconds may not provide complete coverage of the property.
(aerial footage can be added for an additional $110.00)
Standard Video – $450.00
Our standard video package includes everything provided in the Basic Video as well as agent presentations and walkthrough clips.
This allows you to personally present the home while building your brand image.
This option allows for up to a 90 second video, however we most commonly find clients prefer to keep it to 60 seconds, to ensure viewer interest is maintained.

Premium Video – contact for quote
The Premium Video offers a big step up in production value. More time on site is required for filming and editing.
This package include agent presentation and aerial footage.
Elite Video – contact for quote
The Elite Video takes the Premium product a step further and includes a twilight filming session as well.
This allows for the home to be shown in two different lights and to cut between the two variations.
Turn around time after the shoot is up to 3 business days for Flythrough videos & a week for Premium & Elite options.
All prices include one re-edit if required. Additional edits of the delivered video beyond this are charged at an hourly rate.

Aerial Photography
Aerial photography is a great way to showcase landmarks near a property. Whether its proximity to the coast or city, there is nothing quite like capturing that, in a photograph.
Included with your aerial photographs is three overlays and location pin points on two of the images.

COPY WRITING
Professional copy writing ensures that your marketing material will efficiently and effectively communicate with the market. Maximising interest in the property while highlighting its key features.
We will work with you and your client to ensure that the final product is exactly what your marketing campaign needs.
Hiring a professional copy writer will also save you time. Allowing you to focus on selling your listing.
Once we have visited the property, you will receive your copy no later than the morning of the following business day.

Virtual Furniture
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to staging your property or only need furniture added into a couple images you should consider virtual furniture.
The photograph of an empty room is transformed for just $60.00 into a room that is beautifully staged.
Once we have returned your photographs you simply select which one you would like staging added to and your images will be returned virtually staged.
Floor Plans
If you want to simplify, and make your clients existing floor plans less cluttered for easier viewing, simply email us a picture of the floor plan and we will transform for just $60! It is that simple!
We also provide completely new floor plans.
Licensing – Real Estate Video & Photography
Photographs & Video’s produced by Finesse Property Photography are owned by Finesse Property Photography. The fee we charge is for the licensing of those photographs or videos for the use of that specific campaign, by the client and agency who booked them. The client who ordered the work, has the right to use the material for the length of the sales campaign in print and online.
Other companies are not to use the material to promote their work without contacting Finesse Property Photography first (eg. home stylists, builders, other contractors).
If the property does not sell by the end of the campaign, the new agency must contact Finesse Property Photography to re-license the material for the new campaign.
Finesse retains copyright of the photographs & video and is entitled to use said photographs and videos for their marketing material as they please.
Bookings cancelled within 1 hour of the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of $65.
With short notice we are unable to schedule in a new booking in that time slot.
Missed appointments or properties that are not prepared when we arrive onsite, will be charged a missed appointment/call-out fee of $110 for daytime appointments and $150 for twilight appointments.
